Quality & Certifications
Our Certifications & Compliance
ISO 13485:2016
Medical Device Quality Management System. Audited annually by accredited certification body. Covers design, production, and distribution of surgical instruments.
CE Marking
European Conformity marking under EU MDR 2017/745. Our instruments meet all essential safety and performance requirements for the European market.
FDA Registration
FDA Establishment Registration for import and distribution of medical devices in the United States. Compliant with 21 CFR Part 820 (QMSR).
ISO 9001:2015
General Quality Management System certification ensuring consistent processes, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction across all operations.
GMP Compliance
Good Manufacturing Practice compliance ensuring controlled manufacturing environment, documented procedures, and validated processes for medical devices.
Free Sale Certificate
Government of Pakistan Free Sale Certificate confirming our instruments are legally manufactured and freely sold in the domestic market.
Our 7-Stage Quality Assurance Process
Every instrument passes through rigorous inspection at each production stage.
Incoming Material Inspection
Every steel batch is tested against its mill certificate. We verify chemical composition, surface quality, and dimensional conformity before any material enters production.
In-Process Quality Checks
At each production stage — forging, die-cutting, CNC machining — dimensional checks and visual inspections ensure the instrument is forming correctly.
Heat Treatment Verification
Rockwell hardness testing confirms proper heat treatment. Each batch is tested to ensure hardness falls within specification (HRC 40-55 depending on instrument type).
Grinding & Assembly Inspection
Edge sharpness, jaw alignment, ratchet action, and pivot tension are individually checked. Every cutting instrument is tested on standard materials.
Surface Finishing Check
Surface uniformity, pitting, and passivation layer integrity are inspected. Instruments must meet our finish standards for satin, mirror, or sandblast textures.
Final Functional Testing
Complete functional testing: cutting performance, grip strength, needle security, and mechanical action. Each instrument must pass all functional criteria.
Packaging & Traceability
Final visual inspection, ultrasonic cleaning, and individual packaging with lot identification codes for complete batch traceability from raw material to delivery.
Materials We Trust
Every incoming steel shipment is matched to its mill certificate of analysis for full traceability.
| Grade | Type | Primary Use | Key Properties |
