Manufacturing Process
From Raw Material to Surgical Precision
A 10-step journey of craftsmanship, technology, and quality control.
Raw Material Selection
We source premium stainless steel (AISI 420, 410, 304, 316L) from certified suppliers. Every incoming shipment is matched to a mill certificate of analysis for full traceability.
Forging & Die-Cutting
Raw steel blanks are forged or die-cut into the basic instrument shape using precision presses and dies designed in-house for each instrument model.
CNC Machining
Computer-controlled machining centers shape blade profiles, jaw dimensions, and handle contours with sub-millimeter accuracy for consistent results across every batch.
Heat Treatment
Controlled temperature cycles harden the steel to optimal Rockwell hardness (HRC 40-55 depending on application), ensuring long-lasting cutting performance and durability.
Grinding & Filing
Skilled artisans fine-grind blade edges and file jaw serrations by hand, achieving the precise sharpness and grip patterns that define a premium surgical instrument.
Assembly & Fitting
Components are assembled with precision pivot adjustment, ratchet installation, and handle fitting. Each joint is tested for smooth action and proper alignment.
Surface Finishing
Instruments receive their final surface treatment — satin, mirror polish, or sandblast finish — followed by passivation to enhance corrosion resistance.
Quality Inspection
Multi-stage inspection covers hardness testing, dimensional verification, functional testing (cutting, gripping, clamping), and visual inspection for surface defects.
Cleaning & Packaging
Instruments are ultrasonically cleaned, dried, and packaged in individual protective pouches with laser-marked identification and lot traceability codes.
Shipping & Logistics
Complete export documentation, container tracking, and customs clearance support ensure your instruments arrive safely and on schedule anywhere in the world.
